My name is Under the Shade. I was born on October 2, 2023 in Majd's Bedroom; Jeddah.

I am a leaf carrying so many things.

There are so many eyes but no one can see me.

I am divided into 3 parts; darker, chaotic, and confused.

The orange shape are my antennas and they are disconnected from me.

There are lots of movement behind me and I am stuck in place.

I might be falling down or some force is pulling me.

Ah! The wind is surrounding me, trying to move me. Shake me.

I am still not moving.

The confusion is surrounded by walls.

The darker is hiding away trying to disappear and detach.

I feel anchored in place.

I am not bothered.

I am indifferent.

I am the one blocking the wind out.

I am in my own bubble of my creation.

I created a door so nothing can enter.

The eyes are keeping lookout but they are exhausted.

Wow, what a turn of events. I presented this painting in a gallery and the way i explained it was way off. I took one look at it and just saw the surface meaning.

The more I look into my paintings, the more I uncover things. They are explaining my emotions back to me now. Instead of me explaining to the canvas how I feel, the canvas explains how IT feels. #mindblown

Every time I sit down and write about them, I get surprised. I am sharing this because I cannot get enough of this feeling.
